Diana Homer art
The use of everyday materials and objects, especially those of sentimental value, has always been of interest to me. Many items can be used in landscapes and abstracts, adding texture and a personal slant, to an otherwise unassociated image. Points of reference might be a newspaper, photograph, fragment of a personal object, the list is endless. These artifacts help to create many faceted abstracts and semi abstracts, following the Cubist traditions.
